Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a writing desk. Outstanding food selection. The pretty friendly and friendly staff working throughout the hotel. Fantastic location, restaurants and bistros minute walk from the property😃

Very convenient for centre of town and well placed for ferry terminal. Parking very convenient.
If lift not working it could be a bit difficult for anyone with mobility problems

Pleasant and welcoming stuff with excellent service. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Amazing staff, fast check-in and nice bar. Brilliant location on the Oban seafront, good for visiting Oban.

Directly by the sea!. Very good breakfast!
Room was very cold although all electric heaters were on. In the bathroom it was less than 10 degrees in the morning! The heating was on here, too!!!

The breakfast is good with plenty of food. The staff are EXCELLENT and the location is fantastic and wonderful in the centre of the town.

Location
Staff unfriendly and little knowledge of what was going on in Oban. Room was not cleaned. Breakfast dull. A family room with 3 beds was booked - this was 2 single matresses on a double bed and a fold up squashed in too. Our car was blocked in its space by the managers car for a lot of the time

Strongly recommend for a short stay
Cozy room, pleasant staff, with excellent free wi-fi in rooms and a lovely harbor view, made relaxing at night enjoyable.

Only stayed overnight but it was very central and handy for ferry.
Possibility of parking problems - we got one of the last two spaces in the public car park

The location is great! It is in the middle of Oban and you can reach everything comfortably on foot. The breakfast was very good. We had a room with sea view - that was really wonderful!
The hotel looks a little used to. The windows in the room could not be opened.

The hotel's location is perfect, and the breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and really helpful.
We did run into a minor issue with parking on arrival, as there were no spaces available at the hotel, made things a bit inconvenient.
